Attached is the summary that was given out at Focus days of training happening in the Autumn term. We'd like to bing to your attention two events specifically for Centre Directors.
Moving into Management, Thursday 9 September, Cliff College, 10.30am - 4.30pm.
Richard Bromley will be addressing areas relevant to Centre Directors such as what are the characteristics of a good manager and how to be an effective manager. This day would be really helpful if you have become a Centre Director recently or would just like to learn more about management. The day costs £25 which includes lunch.
Mission and Evangelism 13-14 September, Cliff College
Cliff College are giving YFC senior staff the opportunity to attend the first couple of days of their MA course in Mission and Evangelism. This is a great opportunity to get some excellent teaching on this subject and if you are thinking of undertaking some further study this would give a “taster” of this particular course. The 2 days will cost £75 to include all food and accommodation, (or £50 without accommodation as there is also an option to bring a tent….)
